This cozy and bright house exceeded all expectations! The spacious rooms were comfortable and well-furnished, with a travel cot provided. The big kitchen and dining/sitting room were mind-blowing, equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze with the keys in the lock box. The free parking on site was a huge plus. The clean and safe area had a supermarket, pubs, restaurants, and parks within walking distance. We loved the convenience of the nearby Tesco and shops, as well as the short drive to a beautiful park. Communication was great and the house was nice and quiet. The proximity to a great pub, a dog-friendly park, and the comfortable beds in the three double bedrooms were super. an absolutely fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious house in Staple Hill! The rooms were comfortable and well-furnished, and the facilities were top-notch. We were pleased to find that a travel cot was provided, which made traveling with our little ones much easier. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and a Tesco supermarket right across the road. We enjoyed visiting the nearby park and found plenty of shops and food pubs within walking distance. The communication with the property was great as well.

One small drawback was that some of the cutlery and crockery were not properly washed, and there were stains on the shelves. It would have been helpful to have a washing up bowl and sink plug available for handwashing dishes.

Parking a bit hit and miss.

The advertisement should have mentioned that the cot does not come with bedding, causing inconvenience upon arrival. Difficulties accessing the keybox, which had to be resolved by contacting the company late in the evening.
